Dekrypt Labs is founded by Abhishek Gupta, a repeat founder who has run operating businesses before this one.
That is where the idea came from. Running a business means deciding on incomplete information with your own money behind it — and finding, over and over, that the answer you needed existed but took days to reach. It sat in a filing, a register, a PDF, a page behind a bot check.
So the Lab builds the instruments he wanted: tools that go and find the information, show their work, and say how confident they are. If a tool cannot show you where an answer came from, it is not finished.
If you have a question a Dekrypt instrument should be able to answer — or one it currently cannot — we want to hear it. That is genuinely how the roadmap gets set.
