Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use BIOS. Access is limited to authorised accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

BIOS produces research and intelligence outputs generated by automated systems and third-party data sources. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness of any output for a particular purpose.

You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Access to certain features is metered in BIOS Credits. New accounts may not include credits until a paid plan is activated. Pricing, credit values and plan limits are shown in-app and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service or other users;
• use outputs to harm, defame, harass or unlawfully profile any person.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Dekrypt Labs and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of the queries and content you submit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dekrypt Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on Service outputs. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dekrypt Labs harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction at the location of Dekrypt Labs’ registered office in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
